AquaTec, Athens, Greece, offers recreational diving, scientific diving, technical diving and first aid training, with additional workshops, underwater photogrammetry, sampling and mapping. The dive school was founded in 2006 and is recognised by the Ministry of Mercantile Marine. It provides autonomous scuba training at all levels, with training that includes skills used in underwater photogrammetry, underwater documentation and public safety diving. AquaTec also supports underwater environmental and scientific research and expeditions, and it specialises in scientific diver training. Areti Kominou and Nikos Karatzas are named in the centre’s team, and training reaches trimix level.
