Starfish Diving Center is in Vrsar, Istria, Croatia. It works in English, German, Croatian, and Italian. The centre has been based at Camping Porto Sole since 1996, a short walk from the Adriatic Sea and the centre of Vrsar. Divers can join daily boat trips and shore dives to 28 sites in the Adriatic, including reefs and well-preserved wrecks such as Baron Gautsch, Coriolanus, Hans Schmidt, Giuseppe Dezza, and Maona. The base includes a freshwater pool for rinsing equipment, storage areas, a reception, a transfer van, and a boat built for up to 25 divers. It also offers air, nitrox and helium fills. SSI courses run from introductory and beginner training through advanced and extended range levels, with freediving also part of the programme.
