The 20-metre-deep tank holds 3 million litres of water at 26 degrees, with 1 m, 3 m, 7 m and 20 m plateaus, a Maya-inspired submerged city, caves and grottoes, detail-rich statues and artworks, and the wreck of MY MaDi. The centre combines scuba and freediving in one place, with indoor training, free Freedive Training sessions for qualified freedivers, and courses from try dives to instructor training through i.a.c. and SSI, plus further specialty courses. A nitrox system feeds the centre, and the base also includes a dive shop, workshop, test centre, hotel, swimming pool, gastronomy, sauna and the dive4life Beach.
