OceanStudio is in Kabira, Ishigaki Island, Japan. It is a PADI 5 Star Center and teaches in Japanese, with English materials for foreign guests. The centre runs fun diving, experience dives, licence courses and a pro course, with a dedicated training pool, a club house, and accommodation on site. Fun diving reaches Kabira, manta points, Yonara Waterway, Nohara Sone and other sites around Ishigaki, with camera-minded guiding, support for lighting and editing, and all dives using enriched air. The boat programme includes a large jet boat for fun diving and a 38-foot boat for experience dives and training. The pro course leads to PADI instructor level, and the training programme is based around eight months on Ishigaki with pool practice and field work.
