Dive center Centro Sub Monte Conero

Centro Sub Monte Conero is based in Numana on Italy’s Conero promontory, on the Adriatic coast. It runs guided dives, courses and dive trips, with a focus on the muck-diving of the Monte Conero area. The centre works from a beachside base at Stella Marina, with covered storage for equipment, a filling area for up to 10 cylinders at once, an outdoor space for briefing and washing gear, and a dedicated area for underwater photographers. Two RIBs handle sea outings, which can run three or four times a day in season. The dive sites include the Due Sorelle and the Potho wreck, the Sassi Neri, the Trave and the Secca dell’Ospedale, with shallow rocky relief, wreck structure and seasonal nudibranch life among the features highlighted.
