Scuba Adventures is based in Plano, Texas, United States. It combines a full retail dive shop with scuba and snorkelling training, equipment servicing and rentals, local diving, and organised trips. Training takes place year-round in a heated indoor pool that is 16 feet deep, with online learning and instructor-led practice before open-water checkout dives. Scuba Adventures uses The Scuba Ranch in Terrell, Texas, for local certification dives, with a dedicated pavilion, dock and underwater training platform; submerged attractions include sunken planes and boats. Students can also complete final open-water dives with a participating operator while travelling. Scuba Adventures runs SDI and TDI courses through professional training, including an SDI Instructor Development Course, and organises group trips to destinations including Palau and the Philippines.
