Windsock Reef

Also known as: Windsock

The name refers to the airstrip windsock, at times visible between the trees on shore. Paradise Divers count it among the shallow south-side dives and point out a very old small cannon on the bottom beneath the boat. Wannadive describes coral heads, hawksbill turtles, a large spotted eagle ray and small stingrays. The Department of Environment mooring lies in about 30 ft in the Marine Reserve zone, and Little Cayman Divers list it among their south-side highlights.
