Gakkoshita
From the boulder entry divers pass through an arch in a tide pool and swim out to the drop-off, which falls more than 10 m to a sandy bottom. Table coral colonies, sweepers, angelfish and anthias crowd the reef, and amberjack and takabe schools are common. Ocean Club Number3 notes rare macro subjects and dynamic terrain, while boat dives reach deeper parts the beach dive cannot. The site cannot be dived for days at a time when west or southwest winds blow.
