Lusong Reef

Also known as: Lusong Coral Garden

A reef of about two kilometres along the southwest edge of Lusong Island, ending in sheltered Lusong Bay near the Lusong Gunboat. It is an easy reef dive of up to about 15 metres.

Large fan corals, barrel sponges and colourful nudibranchs line the reef, with table corals in the deeper parts. The shallows hold a wide mix of hard and soft corals, reef fish and frequently turtles. When the tide is right the dive turns into a gentle drift. PhilippineDives describes it as an extension of a dive on the nearby Lusong Gunboat.
