Mandarin Bay
BGB describes Sibuan as calm and an excellent place for beginners, and calls it a macro paradise and one of its favourite islands. At Mandarin Bay, moray eels are especially numerous, and the reef is best explored slowly to find the different shrimp species. The calm conditions make it suitable for all divers.
