Batu Bulan
Also known as: Moon Rock
The site takes its name from a naturally spherical rock on the beach. The dive starts in a shallow sandy bay at about 5 m and runs out over a seemingly endless field of coral, mostly table corals with a few large boulders. Schooling batfish and snappers, moray eels and blacktip reef sharks are common, and cat sharks and nurse sharks sometimes rest at the base of the reef. A light current now and then allows an easy drift. Various rays complete the picture.
