Les Trémies
Also known as: Grotte de la trémie
Les Trémies lies in the no-take zone of Cassis, between Port-Miou and Port-Pin, below the loading hoppers of the old Cassis quarries. Divers can visit the entrance of the Trémies cave, where traces of human habitation were found. Red coral grows at shallow depth, together with sea roses, and groupers, slipper lobsters, spiny lobsters and nudibranchs are seen. The site is suitable for all levels.
