Playing Fields

Also known as: Playing Field · Playing Field Reef

Divers can circle the coral heads in a figure eight, and the closest two form a narrow channel between them. Well-camouflaged yellow stingrays rest on the rubble. The site is known for its star corals and is one of the operator's top spots for the coral spawning nights each autumn. It is also an outplanting site for nursery-grown corals, and the shallow reef just north of the mooring has schools of chub, jacks and creole wrasse.
