A deep mooring lies a very short swim from the reef. Like the whole south side of Klein Bonaire, it is best dived in the morning when the wind is weakest. Purple sea fans and gorgonians grow between coral heads on white sand, and large mountain coral heads mark the drop-off. Deeper down there is black coral and big orange and purple tube sponges.
