Dive center Guinjata Dive Centre
Guinjata Dive Centre, Guinjata Bay, Mozambique, teaches in English, Afrikaans, Portuguese and Patonga. It is a family-run base in Inhambane Province, on the beach in front of the launch area, with a fully equipped PADI instruction facility and a training pool. Diving here centres on Guinjata Bay’s reef system, seven hundred metres from shore, and on named sites such as Manta Reef, Eel Alley, Turtle Creek, Paindane X-Press and Manta Canyon. The range runs from shallow training reefs to drift dives, wall dives and deep sites to 70 metres, with encounters including mantas, whale sharks, turtles, dolphins, humpback whales and leopard sharks. It also offers snorkelling, freediving and ocean safaris, and works with disabled divers.
