Dive center AVALON CUBAN DIVING CENTERS

Cuban Diving Centers Avalon is based in Cuba, with diving in Jardines de la Reina and Ciénaga de Zapata. The centre works in English and brings divers into protected marine parks with more than 80 dive sites, many sheltered from wind and currents and reported to offer visibility of more than 40 metres. Jardines de la Reina features reef walls, coral mountains, tunnels and drop-offs at sites such as Pipín, Farallón, Vicente, and Black Coral I and II, with reef sharks, silky sharks, tarpons, turtles, eagle rays and hammerheads among the regular wildlife. The team is made up of highly trained instructors from CMAS, SSI and PADI, with first aid and CPR training, and the centre has 30 years of work in protecting Cuba’s marine parks.
