Dive center Atlantis Freediving

Atlantis Freediving is in Tabaiba, Tenerife, Spain. It offers freediving and apnea training in English, with a shore-based training spot in the bay of Tabaiba, sheltered from currents and usually calm, where depths from 20 metres to 100 metres are reachable after an easy entry. The main spot is also a well-preserved wreck at 30 metres. The centre has all necessary equipment, changing rooms, storage, a toilet, shower, classroom, shop and a place to socialise after training, plus a new spacious base with a chillout area, private classroom, multiple showers, two toilets, a large equipment room and a kitchen. Courses run from a half-day freediving intro through SSI Freediver, SSI Advanced Freediver and SSI Performance Freediver, with training for certified freedivers and an SSI Instructor Course. It also runs sailing and freediving trips in Egypt and Greece.
