Aliwal Dive Centre is in Umkomaas on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, South Africa, and offers daily charters to Aliwal Shoal and the nearby wrecks Nebo and Produce. It is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Resort with reef, wreck and shark dive charters, shark cage snorkelling, scuba training and accommodation above a purpose-built dive centre. The base includes regularly maintained gear for hire, nitrox up to 40%, hot showers, kit storage, air fills, breakfast deck sea views and plenty of drying space. Its 8-metre ribs launch through the surf, and the team highlights more than 24,000 surf launches between the main skippers. The centre has been established since 1995 and runs trips such as Raggie Bonanza, Shark Fest and the annual Sardine Run.
