Cerniopoli
The dive drops straight onto a gently inclined Posidonia plain at 36 to 40 m that ends in a further step to 50 m. Several grouper families live here, each with large matriarchs and smaller fish. Capraia Diving Center stresses that the groupers were never fed by divers and are still very sociable. They often approach and pose for photos. The depth makes strong experience necessary although the dive itself is simple.
