West Canister

Into Dive Center describes it as very similar to Little Torres, which is why most safaris stop there and do not sail this far north. The deep water around the rock brings large animals such as bull sharks and big rays. Manta rays and whale sharks are reported as frequent visitors, and Underwater Asia calls it another great spot for mantas.
