Dykcenter Murex Dive

Murex Dive Resorts is based in North Sulawesi, Indonesia, with resorts in Manado and Bangka Island and diving across Bunaken, Bangka, Manado and Lembeh. Courses are taught in English and Indonesian. Murex has been diving in North Sulawesi since the 1980s, helped create Bunaken Marine Park and was the first resort to welcome guests on Bangka Island. Boat transfers connect the resorts, and Murex aims to keep groups to a maximum of four divers per guide. Its dive guides receive training in marine biology, marine life identification and underwater photography. Murex runs boat dives as well as night and blackwater dives, with camera rooms at both resorts. PADI training ranges from beginner courses through Divemaster. Murex also combines scuba diving with freediving and Ocean Gardener coral-nursery visits, including opportunities to plant coral.
