The hull, by then a concrete shell overgrown with oysters, was cleaned and moved into the Grevelingen by a group of dive businesses. Divers usually swim on the surface from the Kabbelaarsrif jetty to the buoys over bow and stern and descend along the line. After a fatal accident in the hold, Staatsbosbeheer, the owner of the three dive wrecks since 2018, closed the dark spaces fore and aft and laid a new guide line. Seals have been seen on and around the wreck. A no-dive zone protects the nets of the professional fishermen nearby.
