Carall Bernat rises about 72 m above the sea next to Tascó Gros and Tascó Petit. The usual dive circles the islet along a vertical wall broken by arches and gaps, with shallow ground of about 5 m between the islet and the Tascons. Deeper down, platforms and canyons draw advanced divers past 40 m. The walls are dense with red gorgonians and violescent sea whips, home to groupers, moray eels, scorpionfish and swallowtail seaperch. Its exposed position brings currents that can be strong, and with them barracudas, dentex, eagle rays, tuna and occasionally sunfish.
