Harper Pier

Harper Pier is a fishing pier in Kitsap County where Zentacle reviewers describe two wrecks that are covered in critters and good for photography. PNW Diving notes that the site typically has little current and gives a rule of thumb based on the Blake Island current station. Parking along the access is limited to a few cars, with more space off the road. A small coffee shop sits by the parking area.
