ARK notes that the coral here is protected under the Ramsar listing of the Kushimoto coast. Damselfish and butterflyfish of many kinds live among the table corals, together with cardinalfish, rabbitfish and stingrays. The gently sloping shallows suit try dives and snorkelling, and on clear summer days the view resembles Okinawa. Entry is between rocks, which can be slippery.
