Underwater the site repeats the landscape of Lavezzi island: piles of granite boulders in strange shapes that form a maze of caves, overhangs and passages under the rocks. The giant face-shaped rock rises about thirty metres from the depths. Most of the dive takes place between 15 and 25 m, and a shallow plateau near the mooring lets divers finish in shallow water. Large groupers wait on the gorgonian-covered drop-offs, and leerfish or the occasional tuna pass by at the edge of the deep water.
