The dive is done mostly around a small rock a few metres north-east of the lighthouse. Its slopes fall quickly to around 30 m, where a forest of red gorgonians thrives in the currents that usually come from the south-east. At about 35 m there are two small shoals and a deep crack full of conger eels, morays and groupers. Further north at 16 to 22 m divers meet dentex, amberjack and often a whole school of barracuda. Bluefin tuna can pass because the Strait of Bonifacio is so close.
