The entry is at road kilometre 11.5 by a rockfall warning sign, reached along a short dead-end track. The bottom is a mix of stones, root stocks, trunks and stonewort, muddy to the right and more varied with mussel-covered roots to the left. Swimming left for about 10 to 15 minutes leads to the start of the Schwarze Brücke wall, which runs vertically from about 20 m up to 5 m. Divers ascend along the wall and come back in the shallows, where a Taucher.Net report met many curious pike.
