From the mooring divers drop into a broad trench and spend most of the dive surrounded by coral, with the main wall on one side and parallel pinnacle structures on the other. The ancient coral formations give a strong sense of the scale of the Mesoamerican Reef. Towards the end the dive shallows into a field of soft corals and sponges. Sun Divers visits it on East End day trips together with Dolphin's Den.
