Tanjung Gua Kawah
This northeastern point is exposed to currents both at the surface and near the bottom, so redang.org recommends it for experienced divers. The terrain is a jumble of rocks and boulders that ends on sand, with caves and overhangs along the way that hide reef fish. Coral growth is described as only average, but the currents bring a chance of pelagic fish in the blue. It is a dive chosen for the moving water rather than for the coral.
