Divers cross the reef top in booties, drop through a gap in the back reef and spend a few minutes in a small cave before reaching the open reef. On the south side a wall rich in corals leads to a mushroom-shaped pinnacle covered in soft corals that reaches from about 20 m into deeper water. The north side offers a shallow dive through one of the most attractive coral gardens of the area. Scorpionfish, stonefish, crocodilefish, blue-spotted stingrays and schooling fish are common, and whitetip reef sharks and turtles are seen often. Boats from Port Ghalib also visit the site.
