Punta Pitt
Punta Pitt lies at the northeastern end of San Cristobal, about two hours by boat from Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. The seabed mixes sand and rock with a small reef and a small cave that shelters whitetip reef sharks. Garden eels, stingrays, eagle rays, sea turtles and moray eels are common, and large schools of grunts, snappers and jacks are reported. Day trips combine the dive with a land visit where red-footed, blue-footed and Nazca boobies nest.
