Diving in Ukraine
Ukraine is home to around 3000 lakes, most of which enjoy radiant clean water and present superb diving conditions. Packed with an amazing diversity of underwater animals, these lakes offer near ideal conditions for the sport. A very well-liked scuba diving spot is the Svityaz Lake. There are numerous thrilling scuba diving sites in Ukraine to discover. Wreck diving is very famous around Odessa and Crimea, in the Black Sea. There are also many lakes and inland quarries to explore. The aquatic life is fascinating and divers can see crabs, rays, lots of species of fish and critters, and even dolphins!
