There are lots of visual attractions to enjoy for instance stunning volcanic islands, croc-infested mangroves, huge lagoons, awesome tropical islets and amazing emerald forests. If you are very stressed from your daily life, the South Pacific is perhaps the best way to distance yourself from it all.

Diving in Solomon Islands

Wonderfully diverse, yet amazingly uncrowded, the Solomon Islands offer a wide variety of tropical dive environments. These include caverns, reefs, wrecks, large sea fans, steep walls, soft corals and muck. The marine biodiversity is spectacular and the WWII history found in the wrecks leaves divers to marvel about years gone by. The main dive areas can be defined as Guadalcanal, Tulagi, Munda, and South Marovo Lagoon. Guadalcanal and Tulagi host a wide range of WWII wrecks in addition to lots of other shipwrecks. Munda and South Marovo Lagoon feature stunning reefs, sheer walls, muck diving and some sites that draw many pelagic species.
