Diving in Panama

The Pacific side, conversely, is well-known for cooler waters and currents, and divers can have encounters with numerous species of sharks, whale sharks, humpback whales, dolphins, and much more. Bocas del Toro, situated on the Caribbean side of Panama, it’s one of the premier sites for scuba diving. There are lots of different sites to dive in Portobelo, and the whole area is packed with life, like yellowtail snappers, sergeant majors, diverse species of turtles and lobster, among the several types of coral.
